One thing is for sure, yoga has been the most beautiful gift to myself. Its a relationship beyond measure. Dissolving hardness of mind and body, to allow spacious opening for your inner beauty to unravel and recalibrate your experience. 

It will bring you self love, gratitude, growth, and support especially in these unknown times. 

For this reason I feel to offer a foundation yoga support us to carve out the space, that will guide you into your own practice;  that can live and breath through you long after the 4 weeks

Foundation Yoga Course (4 weeks every Tuesday evening)
From - Tuesday 3rd November 6pm
Until - Tuesday 24th November 6pm

You will be taught by Fay an experienced yoga practitioner in a supportive stimulating way, that will give you the basic foundations of the postures, alignment, breath, meditation and relaxation. 
A four week foundation course is a good way to start your practice from the comfort of your own home. Providing you with a safe and welcoming environment to give you the tools to have a self- practice and continue online yoga with confidence. 
This is suitable for beginners or anyone who would like to deepen and encourage a regular practice.
