Exploring a heart centred approach to touch, care and connection. Inquiring into ways that cultivate connection to our heart space that potentially bring about deeper relationships, open communication, capacity to know our own truth and be in touch with the source of life; this is a place we can move from with ease, and find our flow in life. When we give from a heart centred place we receive back in abundance.
Good for teachers, bodyworkers, practitioners and anyone who wants to enquire deeper into touch and holding space.
A beautiful relaxing day, with a blend of influences from Craniosacral therapy, Bhakti Yoga tradition and Restorative Yoga. Held in a ceremonial meditative space, with music for healing and knowledge shared around basic principles of heart centred touch, holding space for ourselves and each other.
Subtlety of touch and partner work explored
Exploring integration of sound, voice and touch.
Marcella is a mother of two, a Trauma specialist, a Biodynamic Cranial sacral therapist. A birth doula, storyteller, poet, artist and currently studying to become an independent celebrant and end of life doula. Her work for many years has focused on supporting woman who have been through significant traumatic events to have a positive experience of pregnancy, birth and beyond. Although Marcella has trained in many different disciplines and is always interested in widening her skill base and knowledge it is her direct work with clients that has developed her heart centred approach. She holds a sacred and deep space where clients can be truly seen, heard, held and feel they are given permission to express there vulnerable, powerful, unique, whole human selves. Marcella is inspired by lifes great transitions - opening to the wisdom of birth and death offer us a chance to connect to our truth, our source, our ancestors and bind us to community. Opening our heart to lifes' transitions can be an offering of deep and profound healing.
